Only high quality materials are used in production and all work is carried out under our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Certification.

We use either torsion beam axles, which are manufactured to our specification by Avonride of Maesteg, who are also ISO accredited. As an alternative, air suspension is available.

Our vehicles comply with the Construction & Use Regulations, relevant Transport & EU legislation, CE Type Approvals, Health & Safety at Work Legislation and where applicable, all electrical installations carry an N I Certificate. All testing has been carried out by SV Tech, who supply all relevant documentation to enable the vehicles to be plated where necessary, up to 6,500kg g.v.w.

Our conversions are based on the front wheel drive chassis cab with a choice of Citroën or Fiat 3 litre turbo diesel with Euro IV engine, which carries up to a 3 year/100,000 mile warranty. We are able to produce body lengths up to 6.5 metres and all with a low step-in floor.

Based on our patented design, we have built vehicles for Mobile Police Offices, Forward Command Units, HOLMES 2 Mobile Incident Rooms, Forensic Laboratories and Treatment Rooms, Mobile Libraries, Information Centres, Exhibition/Display Units, IT Vehicles and numerous other applications, which benefit from a low floor access for both able bodies and the disabled.
