FAME Commercials Limited - Cheshire Mobile Fire Station

This vehicle has a dual role as a Community Outreach Mobile Fire Station targeting 'hotspot' areas and educating the community on all aspects of fire hazards and as a Command & Control Unit.

Based on a FAME Minimax with 6.5 metre body length, the vehicle is divided into 3 compartments.

The front compartment as a Kitchen and separate Toilet Cubicle.

The central compartment has ample seating, projectors, special silver reversible screen to enable promotional films etc., to be shown both internally and externally and to enable a command and control briefing to be held outside. There is an interchangeable Tally Board for command and control purposes, interactive smartboard, DVD/Video, two projectors. Storage for folding table and chairs.

The rear compartment has the provision for 3 operators/laptop computer workstations with printer and full radio communications.

Roof mounted Night Owl Mast with red beacon, floodlighting with 360º rotation, disabled access, hearing loop etc., are also fitted. Blue lights and sirens and the vehicle is ready for Satellite link.
